I told you I was rescued by my Human. Before she came into my life, I was pretty much on doggie death row.
When I first arrived in Santa Barbara, I was awestruck by the scenery. After being confined to a small apartment in Compton, all I wanted to do was run, run, runaway. That’s the first thing I did in SB. Actually, no, the first thing I did was poop on the beach. It was spectacular: the feeling of grainy sand beneath my paws and salty air flowing through my snout.
Below is one of many beaches I get to play on.

Our apartment is decorated nicely with plenty of cushy places for me to sit or lie down.
My Human likes to have fresh flowers around. I like them too.

Oh, and a tidbit about my name…I was formerly known as “Buffy.” As soon as I met my Human, she started calling me “Butters.” Then she gave me this doll and said to chew on it.
Ok, I thought. I’ll bite.
