Today started with a pretty sunrise and the hope of possibilities.
This is the week when Christmas cards arrive from family and friends in matching holiday PJs and cute Santa hats. Feeling inspired, I thought we could grab our four-legged babies and shoot our own digital Christmas cards.
My reality did not match my level of optimism.
Trying to round up three dogs, one deaf (Butters) and one still exploring what it means to be a dog (JoJo), is quite challenging. We did our best to get them to sit for a nanosecond so we could capture a couple of photos.
So instead of a picture-perfect family Christmas card, I give you three photos that did not make the cut.
The good news is, we have a few more days to practice.
